Ola (ANI Technologies) is an Indian ride-sharing company with presence across 250+ cities in India, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Every day, a billion rides are taken by Ola customers served by more than 1.5 million driver-partners. Building a platform at this scale requires enabling a high-velocity and robust product development environment. Ola invited ScaleFactor to establish strong product engineering practices and build capabilities and capacity within the organisation to deliver future growth and scale.

ScaleFactor leveraged behavioural insights from cross-functional teams to implement agile practices in product development. ScaleFactor carried out a thorough assessment of engineering teams, employee experience, and culture, and designed a cohort-based program to drive agile transformation, established practices and rituals, processes and tools, and provided recommendations around building a high performing product management and engineering organisation.
