Springer Nature Technology Publishing Solutions (SN TPS) is one of the world’s largest publishing organisations. SN TPS invited ScaleFactor to work on identifying growth pillars, strategic alignment with the global organisation, and driving engineering and people transformation. ScaleFactor brought in efficiencies of a program by cutting down the turn around time. In the process, ScaleFactor coached the product teams on agile practices and leading transformation to deliver high quality products to their business partners across the globe.
Talent acquisition and retention was a major challenge in front of SN TPS. ScaleFactor was engaged to define the employee value proposition (EVP) and establish employer brand in the talent market. ScaleFactor is currently working on the employer brand strategies and driving change management effort to establish EVP.
