ScaleFactor worked collaboratively with the CHRO organization and conducted a series of workshops followed by first ever ‘HR HACKATHON’ to design a functional architecture for the organisation. It included on-ground primary research by the HR teams, followed by a clear problem definition.
The ScaleFactor team facilitated, coached and worked alongside HR teams for over 6-8 weeks on research, problem identification and then refining and building up ideas and opportunities based on desirability, feasibility and viability from a business, process, people and technology point of view.
Teams relied on service design first principles to develop interaction flows and employee journey maps. Possible new and existing technology interventions were explored for crafting the overall employee experience. The teams were able to build a solution road map with prioritisation and sequencing of the high level business components & features and presented it to the senior leadership team on the HACKDAY. The top 3 ideas were considered for pilot implementation.
